If there was a way to see how many tickets were created/closed within a week, within a month, and then on top of that allowing for a more detailed view as in which tickets were emergent, urgent, normal, or low in priority

Thank you for your suggestion, we have passed it along to the dev team. For the time being, since dashboard reports do not allow you to filter by status/priority if needed you can do a ticket export which will include that information.
