Does the lower PAYG TIER rate apply to all my traffic?

Yes. Absolutely. There are three PAYG pricing categories based on your monthly traffic volume. Once you qualify for a higher traffic volume Tier (21 TB+ or 50 TB+) the new rates apply for all your traffic from the first byte.
