Some of our Customer Feedback is in relation to bugs. We track our issues in Development and having a link between three of AskNicely, Intercom, and JIRA would be awesome for our Team so that we can streamline our feedback process to take the bug or issue from the customer directly from AskNicely and link it to an issue in JIRA so that it can be tracked to that specific Customer and their feedback.
