Do you use Adobe Illustrator for web page designs?
I'm using Adobe XD for web page designs. But I heard other's use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to designs web pages. If you are using Adobe Illustrator for web page designs, why you choose Adobe Illustrator instead of Adobe XD? In Adobe XD you can create the prototype too. That's why I'm asking this question.
Illustrator is mainly designed for web pages as pixels is not like other programs like Photoshop or Dreamweaver, best used for sign application or graphics .

Technically it is possible, as other posters have answered. However, I would only use it for small elements of design (logos, etc). Photoshop is pixel based like a web page and illustrator is vector based and would have to be output to be web ready. I wouldn’t recommend it as a full web design tool. Good luck.
No, as the adobe illustrator is not pixel precise. Photoshop CC is much more precise in terms of pixel perfection.
But Adobe illustrator does have a good assets exporting feature, which is useful for asset use for web or mobile apps.
