# Do you know if we can just email Expense and those can be recorded as well?

Well I want to know if we can send the receipts via email and can those get added to the Expensify website directly?

If you have set up a rule in Expensify _(generally vendor related/keyed), then Expensify will "fill in the blanks" when you have sent in the receipt. You will need to experiment with the defaults, etc to get this to work. I would not expect more than 85% success rate as they are always little ins and outs which create special situations.

Yes and it is super convenient. I use it personally and ask that all of my colleagues use it as it speeds completion of reports. Expensify matches the email from which the receipts are sent. It is fairly well described in the Help section.

Make sure that you have smart scan enabled, and then ,yes, you can email receipts directly to receipts@Expensify.com. Expensify will look at the email that they are coming from and match it up to the user and create the expense.
