# Do you have other means of providing support to admins?

It'd be great to  have a knowledge base where new admins can go to for information and to have like a stack of articles/ how to videos would be great especially for someone who is just getting into Bettercloud. And ways you can potentially implement Bettercloud in our system.

1.) BetterCloud Help Center, which is  a knowledge base with information on getting started, integrations, use-cases, workflows, etc. That can be found here:  https://support.bettercloud.com/hc/en-us

2.) A Slack Channel called "BetterIT." Their page lists this channel as "A  place for IT and enterprise technology enthusiasts to talk tech, help others overcome IT challenges, share opinions, and discover new resources.
