Yes, Canva does accept debit & prepaid cards. At this moment, Canva only accepts debit and credit cards under Mastercard, VISA, Amex, and Discover. Purchases in Canva are all based in $US dollars, so if your local currency is not in US dollars, purchases will be made using your bank’s conversion rate. Your International Debit Mastercard should work just fine for you.
