# digital gold purchase with gift card balance ?

After an update, we can not buy digital gold with our amazon gift card balance. why?
if there is any process please explain, 
how I can transfer my gift card balance to my bank account?
If there is any way to transfer gift card balance please explain.
if there is no way to transfer gift to bank please add this feature.
thanks, I hope  I will get answers of all my questions.
