While you can see some reports in Drift, there is no substitute for matching the information with other platforms like Google Analytics. In building out bots for clients, we usually see meetings booked double when we measure and test and iterate each interaction to improvement in GA.

We also make custom use of Databox in tying together and comparing conversion rates of Drift bots and other sources as well.

You can measure your conversational marketing efforts just like you would measure any other marketing channel. Platforms like Drift give you dashboards that show you how many leads you’ve captured and qualified with conversations, how much revenue and pipeline your conversations are driving, and even the total amount of sales opportunities they’re influencing.
