Mail Assure includes 24/7 email continuity by default (no additional cost) with 14-day email queue support. Mail Assure will continue to attempt delivery of email during email server outages and store email in the delivery queue so users can access, read and respond to email during this time. 2. We have frequent release cycles. Please feel free to subscribe to our release notes: https://status.solarwindsmsp.com/category/mail-assure/. 3. Mail Assure fully supports incoming connections protected using TLS encryption. Deliveries are always made over TLS when supported by the destination mail server (opportunistic TLS).
