Camilo, how are you? That sincerely depends a lot on the organization and the use cases they are addressing from Botmaker. In any case, from the platform you can: - See who made a change, to which intent, and when that change was made (in case it is not published). - To analyze the information, you have our dashboards, although you can also hire a service where Botmaker's data is sent directly to a database to be able to visualize it in tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview, etc. Additionally, you can integrate the platform with a Google Analytics property to see how traffic moves through the intents. - Also, you have the possibility to add new intents and correct things that your bots do not understand since our AI suggests everything the bot is having trouble understanding. - Lastly, if you need multiple bots that fulfill different roles (e.g., a sales bot and a customer service bot), you can create them and have them with separate intents thanks to our multibot feature. This makes it much easier to manage intents, agents, etc. I hope I have helped you, anything else, I am at your disposal. Regards, Mariano Head of Growth at Botmaker
