# Can we book all our arrangements in advance

While using we have to book every day while loggin so if there is any choice we can do it only once.

Certainly. Based on your organization's policy you can plan (book) for a configurable number of days in advance. You can try selecting future dates and book for all of them in one go. Some organizations restrict this action so that they can optimize workplace usage by rotating the same desks among different people.
