Can Privileged Access Manager do anything to mitigate the inconvenience of indirect logins to privileged logins?

By their very nature, all privileged access management (PAM) systems, including Hitachi ID Privileged Access Manager, take away the administrative passwords from system administrators, network administrators, DBAs, desktop support staff, etc. Understandably, these IT workers are often unhappy about the prospect of losing convenient access to the passwords they use daily.
