Can it be changed so that my status when turning on the talkdesk is always offline,

When I turn on my talkdesk my status is always available, I wish it could be changed and that I can put it on at will, before turning on the talkdesk to put my status offline

It can, your supervisor has the ability to do so. It will be located under Admin - Preferences and where it says Agent Workflow. Changing the Default Agent Status is under the custom status'. BUT changing it there will change it for the whole team.
