Can I use it for multiple employees? And how to do it?

I was trying to use it for 2 employers, but it seems that I have to receive a request. Not sure how I can shift from different companies.

Yes! You will add them as "Team". It will allow you to see what project each team member is working on and how long it's taking them. You'll need to instruct them on how to enter their time and what notes you prefer they leave.
