# Can i make member notes in the back end which members can't see?

Can i make member notes in the back end which members can't see such as injuries, personal circumstances?

Yes, Claire, the system includes an injury tracker where you can leave notes, track severity, and see the progression over time. 

You can also customise the system to fit your needs to track any progression related notes that you need. 

All notes are viewable on the customer profile in the CRM and are only available to staff with the correct permissions.
