Great list. We looked at a couple of these last year. Deel/HiBob were more HR-focused for us, and we looked at a few more that aren’t included on this list but with a majority of compensation planning software in the market, implementation timelines were really long and we needed something that would be easy to use and quick to implement.

We eventually went with Visdum mainly because we were promised fast onboarding, and during the POC process, the sales team implemented our complex plan structure on their platform. The platform is quite easy to use without needing constant admin work. Support responsiveness played a key role for us for smooth implementation. 

I’d say, if you’re evaluating, the real test for these platforms is how they handle complexity once your team grows past the “simple plans” phase.
