# Are there any built-in training articles/videos or anything?

We rely mainly on our in-house team to train team members and it's not as successful as it could be.

I know there is a site: experience.workfront.com
it seems that site has many things to choose from for learning the program.

We had internal overall basic training however we have different queues, many PMs and paths so we had internal individual team training as well.

If your question is on Workfront training, yes they offer free online training and one on one training to all customers.

Yes, they have a whole database of training videos and tools called Workfront Ascension.

Hi Lauren,
If you are a Workfront client you will have access to the Ascent training that can be found at experience.workfront.com. You will need to login and take the training based only our persona within Workfront. I am a consultant that works along with Workfront as Premiere Partners and we also offer persona based training for organizations. Keep in mind the Ascent training is great and will give you a great foundation of knowledge, however your instance of Workfront is most likely tailored to your organization and may have different items turned on or off.

Yes you can learn it from youtube also. There is a channel in the YouTube named as Workfront which can help you to learn and use the software easily.

Yes there is built in help with in the Workfront app. There are also online user group for specific regions and numerous communities that address different issues. They also have a great online training models that are self paced. Workfront also has a conference called LEAP which is held late April or early May. This year's conference is be in Florida.
