# A way to make estimates in the office without first attaching them to an appointment?

If you go into the customer and location (as if you were booking an appt) there's an option at the bottom to either book an appointment or create an estimate. You still have to click some boxes but it's that easy. (If it isn't setup that way, contact your CSM to re-program your ServiceTitan options.)
