Best Software for 2025 is now live!

What additional features do you think should be added to Dash?

I would like to see more integrations with social listening tools - Buzz Sumo, Bloomberg etc. I would also like to see integrations with social media scheduling tools such as hootsuite, Buffer etc Maybe it would be good if you could integrate with Zoho or another full CRM system as this would really save time, money and would massively help communications to clients both internally and externally. Would it be possible to have links to youTube tutorials if users get stuck on something?

Thanks for these suggestions - it's always good to hear from actual users about the features they would find useful in Dash. In fact, we encourage our customers to suggest and vote for features: https://shipright.community/dash This feedback is important input to help us plan Dash's roadmap. BTW, we already have an integration with Hootsuite - more about this: https://help.brightdash.com/en/articles/4430387-how-do-i-integrate-dash-with-hootsuite Regarding the idea of links to YouTube tutorials - one of our objectives for this quarter is to launch online training videos :-) In the meantime, if you get stuck or have any questions then you can ask a member of our team using the in-app messenger tool (available in the bottom right of every page in Dash) - our usual response time in under 3 minutes. Kind regards, Martin

Hi Jay, Thanks for the suggestion. We did prototype an in-browser photo editor a while back but we found the functionality it provided wasn't good enough compared with say Photoshop. The CI HUB connector (https://help.brightdash.com/en/articles/5195035-using-ci-hub-with-dash-for-integration-with-adobe-microsoft-office-and-other-applications) enables you to edit files stored in Dash directly in Photoshop, which could be an option for you. Just for our information going forward, it would be great to hear which editing operations you would like to see in Dash. Kind regards, Martin
