It could be nice If somebody can share with me how they manage the priority of a task.

For example: Priority: High, medium, low for me is not enough. Sometimes a scale of 5 levels could be more helpful and also could be related to the status of the task. Stautus: No progress , in progress, completed. I would like to include 5 levels,and also relate how many hours are expected to complete the task. And during the progress compare how many real hours are really need to finish the task. This will help me to assign better the hours and priorities to every single task, and also to forecast the cost of hours needed to achieve a task.

I just drag and drop tasks with a high priority to the top of the Kanban view.
