How do I suppress background noise in ongoing call. ?

I dont find background noise suppression feature in Skype which is available in Teams. Does anyone know how to suppress background noise .

There is no option to either mute your mic or change the location of attending the meeting.

If other sounds are an important part of the call, noise cancellation should be disabled.
