We have struggled with Method not working correctly for 4 months and still having issues. Why does it take so long and why dont you value customers?

Method can't calculate payment terms that are regularly used in the uk/ Europe. We had to get the out going emails modified so they were mobile friendly. We have random issues where it doubles tax. And support is very poor as it they don't always come up with a solution to the problem, just a poor work around.
