Some codes just say "tap to scan" scanning on android devices and take a photo. How do I solve this?

Also directing to a url, on android devices they don't go anywhere but will work perfectly on IOS. How do I solve this?

Hi Tam, That may be a limitation on the particular Android version/smartphone model. Some Android smartphones require you to enable the QR Code scanner on the native camera app. Try checking the settings to make sure it's enabled.
