Can I update something on my schedule if it has been put in by my manager?

I can't seem to change anything not put in my schedule by me

Only, if you have editing rights. Granular permissions are currently missing, so it's only possible to have permission to either edit all bookings or bookings made by oneself or not at all.

It depends on the permissions you have been given, the administrator can give you the option "Edit All" in "Booking" permission and you should be able to modify bookings assigned by others to you.

You can if you have Edit All permissions on bookings. But this is likely to be restricted to Administrators. Alternatively if you are selected as the Booker for the booking and have Edit items they create permissions on bookings you will be able to update the booking. This is how we allow people to change their bookings

Hi Jo Thanks for reaching out! This depends on what permissions you've been granted. If you have been granted "Edit Items They Create" permissions for bookings, you'll only be able to edit bookings you have created. If you need to edit a booking created by someone else, you'll need to have "Edit All" permissions for bookings. If you'd like your permissions to be increased, just contact an Administrator in your account (or the account owner) and they'll be able to make this change for you :) I hope this helps, but please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you. I'm always happy to help! Thanks, Kat
