# How to take backup for network devices in ENA 18.0

We have implemented ENA 18.0. Devices which are onboarded in Entuity are the HP and forticlient. According to the documentation we have followed the steps for configuration management. We have configure CLI mechanism vis SSH method. we have set the policies as well. We have scheduled automatic backup for Daily basis, we are unable to download the device in running configuration. Need your prompt support to close this pointer
