# What is the most underutilized component to SparkHire that experts feel should be utilized more often?

The ability for managers to put themselves on video and either introduce themselves and the position being interviewed for or ask questions on video themselves. So many people are uncomfortable being in front of the camera, but I love that when candidates come in for their in person interviews and recognize me right away because they "met" me during their initial video interviews.
