# How to see comments on void checks and adjustments

I started working for a company that uses TOPS[one] as our primary property management software. I am running the account payable dept and would like to review my own comments after I have already void a check and adjusted it off. Is there a report I can run to view these or are they available on the activity report only?

You should be able to run specific reports for voided checks and adjustments on TOPS , or you have to look at a more general activity report or an audit trail report within the Reporting dashboard. Happy to help, if you want to contact me at  https://thehobbykraze.com/
