# How many individuals in your workplace utilize Laserfiche Forms and Workflow?

When creating forms in your workplace, how may employees implement and create forms using both the LF forms and workflow? Further, do these 
employees have an IT background, or have they learned the systems without prior advanced computer experience?

Id say about 90% use workflow, and 75% use forms. IT backgrounds vary, and I've seen novices thrive in workflow & forms once they enroll in training.
