We need a better way to store emails in QQ

SOOOO glad I'm not the only one! File importation and retention is also completely unreliable! If the email was fixed (some issues I've had for ongoing 2yrs) this program would be perfect for my needs. But when you cannot rely on email to interact with customers, what's the point?
