Call your bank and dispute the charge if you feel like they did not provide the services you signed up for.

Nothing was solved for more than 10 days. The worst service ever! And worst customer service!!! I have purchased the cloud and sent all the documents requested and I have been waiting for more than 10 days for an answer. I sent 5 emails and raised two tickets and yet the service is not activated and nobody is answering my requests. The worst ever!!! STILL REQUESTING FOR A REFUND and YET NOTHING!
