It seems that it's not your headset that is the issue, but more likely your internet connection. If you're working with a Wi-Fi setup, you should consider switching to a cabled connection instead, as this ensures stability. If you have any questions or still have issues with this, please contact our support team. They're ready to help you from the in-app chat, by email, or phone.

Hi Malene, I have tried both. A cable headset, and also 2 different kinds of bluetooth headsets.. The customers tells me the connection is vague and that it sounds as though I am underwater, which I am currently not due to Corona. Eventhough a vacation with scuba Diving would be nice, I don't think the connection would be awesome. So I've tried an Ethernet cable as well, and the connection was not more stabile, I've tried STUN protocol and Proxy, but it still does not entirely solve the problem. I am sitting on a Macbook Pro 2019 edition + An iMac 2012 late with enough specs for most things. Is it better on a Windows PC? I am in contact with Support. Cheers,
