Many Products have to undergo rigorous product testing standards and maintaining documentation, with the help of logs and a simple approval system for Business or Enterprise users, the need for tracking and logging changes would go down. I wasn't able to find such features if it is possible please do share how do we make use of these features.

I'm not a rendering expert but light sources can be defined. Use the predefined or make your own. History is kept (if you chose) and is easily back tracked. I think the best place to look is the plethora of help on the Fusion 360 website and bulletin boards. If you are a paying user you can get instant help with the chat feature (I personally love that feature) to break inertia on a problem.
