# How technical does someone need to be to administer SteelBrick CPQ?

Salesforce CPQ is 100% native to Salesforce, so if you are able to administer Salesforce you will be able to administer Salesforce CPQ.

Yeah,Some Extra  modifications i.e., Post installation activities are available in steelbrick. So we have to change those activities like Page Size,Subscriptions and renewals. So salesforce Administrator will do these kind of modifications

 To administer SteelBrick CPQ, you don't need to be a technical expert, but it does help to have a basic knowledge of Salesforce and understand how the sales flows and configurations work. The interface is user-friendly, but some customizations may require a little more expertise.
