How to work it is such an open-ended question. I'll give a brief overview here, but please consider contacting us directly for more info. Through our website (www.RFPMonkey.com) you can send a message, request a quick chat, or schedule a live demo.
RFPMonkey is used to manage libraries of content (usually RFx content). Content is stored in Entries - each entry being a Question, Response, Comments, Author, Source, Category, Sub-category, etc. Your library would be composed of 100's or 1000's of entries.
You can search the library directly, for specific words or phrases, or by entering whole questions
RFPMonkey also tracks RFP meta data such as Due Date, Progress, Outcome, Team Assignments, etc. Within this section, you can load an inbound RFP and submit it, in bulk, to the search function. Then you review the suggestions for each question, and select your favorite (or override it if you want to.)
RFPMonkey.com makes responding to RFPs so easy a monkey could do it!
Well, not an actual monkey, but that's the idea.
