Thanks for the question, Florence. Leadfeeder does not reveal the identity of the individuals visiting your site. Legally this is not allowed. However there are a number of ways to get around this. 1. Integrate with your email marketing tool. These integrations allow you to see the individuals visiting from email campaigns. 2. Leadfeeder reveals the location of every visitor. Typically, larger organisations will have a number locations, all of which will appear as individual leads when that company is recognized on your site. Along with that, the type of content that those visitors are browsing when visiting your site, should give you an indication on the type of user. 3. Leadfeeder contacts and outreach: we have a contact search feature in Leadfeeder which can be used to identify contact information based on job title, location, etc. Based on point 2, you can then tailor your outreach, and start your outreach to a number of individuals directly through Leadfeeder.
