Being new to advocacy do you have any tips and tricks you could share to the newbies that would help us grow the advocacy :)

Promote your program everywhere. Evangelize it to everyone in your company. Add an email signature to the bottom of your email, create a welcome video, and continue to add a mix of challenges weekly (especially fun ones like National holidays).
