# can any of you get vectors?

I am only provided very low resolution raster images in vector format that cannot be automatically traced and require manual attention. 

For complex codes this means i have to reproduce thousands of tiny circles and line them up manually so I can customise the codes the way i like them. Never had this problem with QR monkey or QR code generator. I have to wait 24 hours to get responses to my inquiries and the most feedback i have received on this issue from Ravi is 'we are working on it' ...that was a month ago. 

This is a basic functionality issue that should never be an issue in the first place. Sub-standard programming and service!

The fix for SVG files was released on Aug 14th.
