Is there a way every time a call is scored and email can be triggered to the agent to notify them ?

With so many calls being scored a week I want my agents to be going into Observe.Ai proactively and looking at all calls scored sooner than later.

Hi Melissa, Yes! It's possible to get an email sent to your agent letting them know they've had a call scored. Today, you can do this by leaving a comment in the call detail page once an evaluation has been completed. This will then trigger an email to the agent and they'll be able to view their evaluation form as long as they have access to the Observe.AI platform. Hope this helps!
