Ninja handles patching and third-party software management, along with an integrated ticketing system and full control of scripting.

It also integrates with remote control software such as Splashtop and Connectwise Control (my personal favorite).

TLDR; yes, ninja is pretty fleshed out in features. If you don't believe me then you can schedule a free demo and see for yourself
