Have you had to pay $99 fee to recieve your domain name at the end of your contract?
At the end of our year long contract, we wanted our domain to transfer to our new site. There was NOTHING in the Terms and Conditions and NO contract mentioning this $99 fee that was company policy. Once I questioned them and asked where this was in the company policy, they suddenly waived the fee. Do not let them take advantage of you the way they tried to with us! Now two weeks later they are holding the information hostage and will not return my emails.
If a customer wants to continue to use the custom domain we include we our service offering, there are two options: 1) Monthly payments of $9.99 or 2) One-time fee of $99. A customer can also cancel our service entirely and forfeit the custom domain that we issue.
