What's the best way to save disk space? Some mailboxes are over 20GB!

Some users have huge mailboxes, MDaemon can come up with compression or archiving features inbuilt with the system

1. Corporate policy states that all emails older than N days will be automatically deleted by the server. Approval is required. An email will be sent to "everyone" once the policy is approved. 2. Additional space can be added continuously.

Hi Jacob! MDaemon administrators can configure account quotas to limit the amount of disk space each account can use, and they can configure pruning settings to delete old messages from users' Inboxes. In MDaemon Remote Administration, these settings c an be configured via the Account Templates screen (Main > Account Templates > Quota Settings). Thanks!
