The ability to drill down to questions, sub-drivers, drivers and outcomes (all scientifically mapped), and segment users. So you can see, for example, how your 20-30 year old employees who joined in the last 1 year are feeling about X (compared to other demographic cuts), and whether that poses an attrition risk.
