Thank you for your questions, Stephanie! We are working on improving the ability to print and/or export engagements. Currently, you can easily export a call/message log by going to History, but we know that isn't an option for the actual conversations. Hopefully, this is something we can resolve in the near future. As for uploading documents, you can easily do that by going to the Student Card and clicking on Attachments. Here, you can upload PDFs, pictures, or other documentation that you find helpful or insightful for that student. I hope this answers your questions.
