when importing customers can i change a setting for the "lead" to automatically change to "customer" without having to change each customer?

That is all i have for now. I am still learning.

Hi Stacy! Thank you for your question. If you import your clients via an excel spreadsheet, you can add a column called 'status' and assign the customer the proper status label for lead, customer, VIP, or custom status. Once imported, to change the automation actions for changing 'Lead' to 'Customer', navigate to Settings > Client Card & Forms > Client Status.
