How to store historic data?

Hi Niketha, What attributes store historical data is defined by your data admin in the Logical Data Model of your application (see more here: https://help.gooddata.com/doc/en/building-on-gooddata-platform/data-modeling-in-gooddata). In the case of Zendesk Insights, Zendesk allows you to add your custom fields to the LDM but not to store additional historical data beyond what is predefined.
