# What other products are using to compliment Camtasia?

It seems as though many people recommend recording audio in Audacity. What other complementary products are you using with Camtasia?

Quite a few people now use Synthesia.io with Camtasia. 

It enables them to add realistic looking human presenters and text-to-speech on top of their videos.

I have a license to Camtasia and Snagit. I tend to use them both in conjunction. Snagit it great for taking screenshots and then importing them into Camtasia.

Our company also uses Finalcut pro to edit video content and Adobe audition for higher quality audio for VO and longer narration.
