Quite a few people now use Synthesia.io with Camtasia. It enables them to add realistic looking human presenters and text-to-speech on top of their videos.

I have a license to Camtasia and Snagit. I tend to use them both in conjunction. Snagit it great for taking screenshots and then importing them into Camtasia.
