I have a paid plan but sometimes I feel the support questions are not answer by professionals.

I consider paying to have a way to ask for issues with my site. aprox 1 y, ago the support speed was ok, now it takes more time, and sometimes the answer is not as deep as expected as if my issue is not considered an issue from your side, so I end up deferring asking again as I will get a new answer it not a timely manner.

First sorry to hear the problems you are running into with support. I have used the free version on several clients' websites and all questions solved. Regardless if you are using free or payed, timely support is crucial. I would take your issue higher up the latter. If still no response, I would shop for an alternative plugin for your WordPress site.
