# When will ease of use improve for securedrawer?

Any client older than 40 has trouble with logging onto securedrawer

We have found that the clients older than 40 were looking for more intuitive eFileCabinet.  Once we explain it's just a (file-share) drawer they understood better the simplification of the cabinet.

I know what helped me a lot in learning to use (and still learning) eFileCabinet and its myriad of options and functionality was contacting the support folks.  They have been fantastic every time I've needed assistance, was confused, or was just plain lost.  I highly recommend contacting them whenever you need help, and with them walking you through what you are wanting to learn, it will help you to retain how to do it much faster than trying to figure it out on your own.
