Will Teamwork have any new features in the future? What are their perspectives in development?

About the using of this program, everything is pretty clear

I agree with Bret's statement. I have been using Teamwork for a long time, and they have been anything by static during the years we have used them. I don't know what features you are looking for specifically, but you might consider reaching out to them directly. I have not had the need to yet with this company, but my past experiences with similar vendors has been typically quite positive. I'm sure they would be happy to hear your ideas/feedback.

I am not an employee of Teamwork, but a very long time user. Teamwork continues to innovate and add new features all the time. Beyond Projects, they have, during our time as users, added Desk, CRM, Spaces, and Chat. And their technical support is really, really good. We've tried so many other systems, and none give us the ongoing improvements and value that we get from Teamwork.

I use Teamwork as my master record for client meeting notes public and private. I can keep my client accounts organized and export to Harvest to bill clients for additional services fast. There's also a Slack integration that's pretty awesome for creating tasks directly in Slack from a message. The phone APP is fully featured! You can do 98% of the desktop stuff on your mobile, that saves me time and allows me to work any time, any place on client accounts. It's great for me as I'm never off the clock with my retainer clients and I can respond quickly and make things happen on the fly via mobile. Example: Assign a task to my dev to fix an issue when I'm at the top of a Mountain on my bike :) Client is happy, dev fixes the issue and I still get my afternoon bike ride in. I don't work for Teamwork but I highly recommend Teamwork Projects. Support has been great and responsive and what a robust feature set. My only concern is that many of my customers aren't excited about being organized properly and don't want to use this kind of tool. That said, not all of my clients are directly in Teamwork and respond back to tasks by email or I use Teamwork independent of the client just to manage things on my end.
